Military circuit – intermediate
MilitaryIntermediate8 exercisesabout 35 min

Four rounds with 45 seconds' rest: push-ups, jump squats, pull-ups, walking lunges, sit-ups, plank, mountain climbers and burpees. This is the core of military physical training – full body, high heart rate, short rest. If you cannot do pull-ups yet, use negative pull-ups or inverted rows. The session is a circuit: do one set of each exercise in order, rest, and start over. The number of sets is the number of rounds.
