PassbokenPassboken

Terms of use

Applies to the Passboken app (iOS and Android) and the service at passboken.se. Last updated 2026-10-25. This is a translation of the Swedish terms; if they differ, the Swedish version applies.

The service

Passboken is a training log and planner from Itendi AB, Sweden. You can use the app without an account, with everything stored on the phone, or sign in with Google, Apple or email to back up and sync between your devices. By using the app you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Your account and your data

Health and safety

Everyone is different. What suits you depends on your health, your history and your circumstances – programs, workouts and calorie figures in Passboken are general guidelines, not tailored to you.

Passboken provides general training information, programs and suggestions. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or licensed trainer. Train with common sense, adjust weights and intensity to your ability, and consult healthcare professionals if you have an injury or illness or are unsure. You train at your own risk.

What you may not do

Content from others

Exercise data comes from RepDB (repdb.co) and is used under their licence. The programs and texts are Itendi's own. The app's brand, design and code belong to Itendi AB.

Availability and changes

We aim for the service to work around the clock but cannot guarantee it; maintenance and faults occur. The app works offline and syncs when the connection is back. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or at passboken.se. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Itendi AB is not liable for indirect damages, lost data not caused by us, or injuries resulting from training. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Swedish law.

Termination

You can stop using the service whenever you like and delete the account under Settings. We may close an account that breaches the terms, and will then explain why via the email linked to the account.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are tried in Swedish courts, and as a consumer you may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
