Bodyweight circuit in the style of the Swedish Armed Forces training club: push-ups, squats, rows, lunges, sit-ups, plank and mountain climbers. Three rounds with a minute's rest. The goal is to finish every round with good form – speed comes later. The session is a circuit: do one set of each exercise in order, rest, and start over. The number of sets is the number of rounds.
