Military fitness test (multi-test)

The Swedish Armed Forces multi-test in five parts, plus the plank from the US Army ACFT. Each part scores 0–100 points and basic training requires at least 125 points in total (level 2); heavier roles require 175 (level 3) or 300 (level 4). Scoring: push-ups 8 reps = 0 p, 28 reps = 100 p (5 p per rep) · sit-ups 10 reps = 0 p, 60 reps = 100 p (2 p per rep) · vertical jump 30 cm = 0 p, 50 cm = 100 p (5 p per cm) · back hang 60 s = 0 p, 160 s = 100 p (1 p per s) · flexed-arm hang 15 s = 0 p, 65 s = 100 p (2 p per s). Log reps, centimetres or seconds as the result, rest three minutes between parts and add up. The jump is the difference between standing reach and the highest point of the jump; the back hang is done lying prone with the upper body unsupported off a bench, here as a superman hold on the floor if no bench is available. The run test (2 km, level 1: 11:35 min for men, 12:30 for women) is its own day in the program. Source: the Swedish Armed Forces physical standard as reproduced on taktisk.se.
