Ring Push-Up
ChestStrengthIntermediateRings

A push-up performed on gymnastic rings, increasing the demand on stabilizers in the chest, shoulders, and core.
How to do it
- Set the rings just above floor height.
- Grip the rings and assume a plank position with arms straight.
- Lower the chest toward the rings, keeping the elbows close to the body.
- Press back up to full arm extension.
- Repeat for the prescribed reps.
Tips
- Keep the rings turned out at the top to engage the chest.
- Brace the core — the rings will magnify any wobble.
- Drop to knees to scale the difficulty.
