Kettlebell Svend Press
ChestStrengthBeginnerKettlebell

A standing chest exercise pressing two kettlebells together at the bells, where the inward squeeze keeps the pecs under constant tension.
How to do it
- Stand and press two kettlebells together by squeezing the bells at chest height.
- Hold the kettlebells horizontal — bells touching, handles outward.
- Press the kettlebells forward until your arms are almost straight.
- Pull them back to the chest under control.
- Repeat for the prescribed reps.
Tips
- The squeeze on the bells is what makes the exercise.
- Use very light kettlebells — the awkward grip dictates the load.
- Keep the elbows slightly bent at the lockout.
